My husband and I have both had back surgery, mine was two weeks ago, his 1 year ago. Dr Sullivan was our neurosurgeon. He is a wonderful doctor. Or as my husband says “he’s a good dude!”. Very easy to talk to, very comforting and reassuring, he listens and gives his honest opinion regarding surgery, injections or whatever the plan may be. I am in pain and was referred to this practice and for the entire day there was a recording saying that they are getting a large volume of calls to leave a message with certain information which I did and they promised they would call back by the end of the day. Well it is way past the end of their day and there is no call back. That is not how you treat your patients so it is a big turn off for me.
The facility and staff is awesome the doctors are beyond brilliant especially my Dr. Biag and the nurses as well as the front desk staff! I’m eternally grateful for them all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr. Sullivan is the most kind doctor I have ever had. He mixes his brilliance and skill with his kindness and humor. He and his entire team helped me feel less nervous before a recent surgery and their follow-up is amazing. If you have any back or neck issues...you should start here; you won’t regret it!
I love this place they are thorough and to the point. Literally I’m in office 20mins that includes waiting time and visit. They constantly call to check up on you after surgery. Best place to go. Always greeted with a smile great vibes from all that work there great bunch of people and they work well together. They really collaborate with one another one cases..
