It was a great experience
1- you used up all my insurance allowance on the previous visit and were trying to make me pay out of my pocket for this visit. 2- I had the worst dental cleaning experience of my life on this visit. the suction tube chocked me a few times and I was being drowned slowly until the water container came to help by running out of water. My shirt was wet from the water spill. After leaving your office, I was dizzy enough that I decided not to drive for about 10 minutes.
we have been coming over there for last 3 years. we come there to get the same experience every time. but we have been treated by new person every time. we understand that new people should get training but every time facing a new person is really bad. especially yesterday we had lot of pain just for cleaning which we never experienced before. i even ended up getting GUM sores. even my Wife experienced the same thing sever pain.
The only suggestion I have would be to have easy listening background music. I think the TV is great but you can't hear it and the caption was in another language and your not there long enough to get engaged in a movie. Maybe short TV shows/talk shows or cartoons for kids would be an option. If you have soft music on going, it is very relaxing and you can give the patient the option if they want the TV on.
