I herniated a disk in my back about a year ago. It has been a tough road to healing. Since I have been seeing M'elle not only do I have less pain and more flexibility. I also have someone who genuinely cares about me getting better. She offers more than just relief she offers being "released" from pain. Plus she is always sending me little tricks and stretches I can do in between appointments to keep me pain free. Thank you M'elle you are amazing.
