I have never in my life seen such a screwed up discharge in my life. They discharged my mother without faxing appropriate paperwork. Also not sending the appropriate nurses notes. I've been trying to clarify a doctor's order and I'm 8 phone calls in now and still can't get an answer. So all the beautification doesn't mean a Dam thing when there is no heart, only the Devil pretends to be something it's not.....And this has been pure Hell !!! What a blessing this home was to my father. The staff was caring and professional the facilities are very nice and well maintained. We are so grateful for the care they gave my dad.
