MaryBeth was excellent to work with. She is on your side as a client, even when the pressure is highest, and represents your goals accurately. She has high integrity. She's very responsive and available and learns her clients to cater opportunities to them. I recommend her highly.
We've used MaryBeth multiple times in the past 6 years to buy sell our homes. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the RTP and surrounding areas, keeps up with the market to provide her clients with realistic expectations, and is a great communicator and negotiator! She's not afraid to tell her clients if there are better options or concerns she has with a listing, and uses that same expertise/honesty for navigating the best way to sell a home. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough!
