Contacted Mary Ann Reuter. Assured me she took my insurance but wanted a debit card to put in the paperwork. Had a few sessions with her. She submitted claim to wrong insurance department under a different name, which was denied. Mary Ann then told us WE needed to submit our claim to her insurance company – Alma. Their website stated we needed Diagnosis Codes and her Tax ID, which we requested from her. She never responded.
