Maryam is a fantastic agent. We closed on the 3rd home we went under contract. She was patient and understood that we had to back out of the wrong deals. She pursued the deal to the sweet end and made sure it did not fall through at the 11th hour. Often times agents limit their efforts to ping pong of offers/counter and showings. Maryam goes above and beyond of those traditional roles.She is highly recommended. A+
