As a first time buyer from a dealership, Maryam made me feel at ease and was very patient with me throughout the process. I saw my Volkswagen online and Maryam communicated with me for a week, always replying promptly and able to answer my many questions. She saved the car for me until my work schedule would allow me to make it to the dealership. Maryam was knowledgeable, but also warm and friendly. My first dealership buying experience was better because of Maryam. Give this woman a raise!!
