I have monthly teleconference appointments. The PA's that call are hours late and a few times they never called at all but at least I don't have to leave my house.
I’ve had multiple telehealth calls where the doctor never called me. I’ve left multiple messages and never received a call back. Additionally – constant issues trying to get the medicine discussed prescribed, and then good luck on getting any refills
They’ve been taking care of me for awhile and I am grateful for them. I was a mess when I went to see them and they helped organize my pain. I’m still mess just less of a mess now. Thank you.
I've been coming here for about a year. Good healthcare starts when the appointment is made and the Schedulers, Pauleen, Sidra and Rosa are extremely adept at making you feel welcome and getting appointments timely. The providers I saw over the months were all good at treating my nerve pain that radiated from my hip to my foot. I got the MRI I needed for them to refer me out for PT and acupuncture and I felt well cared for.
