I've been coming here for about a year. Good healthcare starts when the appointment is made and the Schedulers, Pauleen, Sidra and Rosa are extremely adept at making you feel welcome and getting appointments timely. The providers I saw over the months were all good at treating my nerve pain that radiated from my hip to my foot. I got the MRI I needed for them to refer me out for PT and acupuncture and I felt well cared for. This place is a pill mill. The "doctor" Rahimi doesn't spend anytime with her patients and just shuttles from one to the next. Her bedside manner is probably the worst I've ever experienced. Good luck asking any questions let alone getting answers regarding your pain, the medications prescribed, treatments, and/or the actual "pain management" plan. There have been so many errors done by this office. They treat you like cattle. Very difficult to reach anyone via the phone. They have failed to send in the correct prescriptions... read more
I had been a patient for over a decade. I had a lot of respect for her and her staff. Too many changes. I felt like some jerk off from the street. Well documented illnesses and injuries for my pain. After years of different physical therapies it was suggested I do more physical therapy.
