I been here sitting in the waiting area for a hour and there are others here longer than we this is outrageous. If you do not have adequate space or time do not book patients back to back it’s annoying and I was about to walk out. The customer service is lacking and something has to be done

That day, we had 2 patients very sick patients that were sent to ER and new provider that started. We do take the time to care for each of our patients and some things cannot be rushed including YOUR health. We attempt to call every patient and let them know if we are running behind.
