Dr. Maryam Jowza is my pain management doctor. My experience with her is devastating. This doctor after checking and clearing me from the opioid database went as far as doing a background check on me and putting false information in my medical records that damages any chance of me getting the proper treatment and medication I need for my chronic back issue.
