She and her staff refused to submit a simple form asking for a benefit limit exception for a crown. There was a change in benefit coverage, however, the insurance company said it would cost $0.00 for her staff to mail in a one page request for authorization. I filed a complaint with UPMC insurance. I've trusted my dental care to Dr. Chiani for over fifteen years and I am very pleased with the results. I have complete faith in her care. So much so, I've fallen asleep in the chair several times. Plus, she has small hands. A big plus for my small mouth. I happily recommend her to dentistry to anyone that asks.

Best dentist I have ever been to.
I just had two teeth extracted here and I was amazed by how fast and easy it went. I have dental anxiety and was very fearful of going through with this but the oral surgeon at the office, Dr.Manolo was patient, kind and made sure the extractions were pain free. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Chiani, the care here is top quality!
