Be prepared for every appointment to take two whole hours out of your day. You will sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes, another 30 minutes in the room before anyone sees you. I’ll be finding a new doctor next year because of this and many other reasons.
Dr. Whitaker is awesome. She takes her time with you, listens and is easy to talk to. I've been her patient for five years and I highly recommend her.
Dr. Whitaker has been my doctor for several years and she's one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's genuine, very easy to talk to, professional, takes time to listen and answers any questions I have. Please don't form an opinion about Dr. Whitaker based on the low reviews that have nothing to do with her but are about the receptionist. Not fair to the doctor's overall reputation. Great doctor but horrible time management/service. Checked in at 11:35am. It is 12:48pm now and still have not seen the doctor…
I have seen Dr Whitaker in the past but today I didn’t even got to make an appointment to see her. The receptionist and her name starts with the letter Z was rude and she is programmed to say one answer and she doesn’t care whatsoever about her doctor’s office or business! Hey Doctors out there choosing a good team affects your patients and your office reputation as well! Terrible
