I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service at this clinic. Before my appointment in May, I called the clinic twice to ask how much the visit would cost because I do not have health insurance. Both times, I was told the total cost would be $149. I went to my appointment, everything went well, and I paid the full $149 upfront as quoted. Three weeks later, I received a bill saying I owed an additional $14. Fast and quality care. Nice staff too.
Place was clean and didn’t mind the wait because staff was amazing!
I brought my granddaughter in with a sore throat and cough. The staff were excellent and the care very professional.
