My niece is in the ICU and I have to say the staff has been tremendous. I can’t say enough about how amazing they have been. The nurses have been very caring, thoughtful and attentive. We have had so many questions and they have been patient and responded in language we can understand. The neuro and trauma surgeons have sat with us every day and explained where we are and what the next steps  will be.  My only concerns have been with housekeeping. They seem scarce. I recently had surgery at Mary Washington Hospital and was pleasantly surprised, due to other less favorable reviews, that my experience was excellent! From pre-op care to final discharge, everything went very smoothly. My wife and I wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone associated with my care. We deeply appreciate the level of professionalism, care, and compassion we were provided.
