Wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff, nurses, Doctor and entire IR team were incredibly kind, caring, and professional. Everything was organized, efficient, and right on time. Everyone kept us informed, made us feel comfortable, and treated us with genuine compassion from arrival through discharge. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and positive.
This place is terrible. Long ER waits, long procedure waits, the staff does not care one single bit about you, and all they care about is getting you out of the door if they can’t squeeze anything out of you. Compassionless and soulless people work here. You’re better off taking the time to go to Fredericksburg or somewhere up north.
got into a crash going 20 on an ebike with no protection, they made me sit in a chair for 4 hours while the pain got worse and worse
Had to bring my husband to the ER following a Doctor's appt due to concerns of a blood clot. When the ER "Doctor " see him the first thing he does is take the just wrapped bandage off that was covering open wounds and leaves him sitting in an open ward with open wounds exposed to all types of germs and bacteria. I had to ask a nurse to reclean and rebandage his wounds. I have even seen that level of incompetence in an Emergency Room setting before.
