Very poor experience. I arrived at 8 AM in significant pain and had to wait until 4 PM to be seen. The wait time was extremely long and exhausting, especially while feeling unwell. Although the staff eventually attended me, the overall process felt disorganized and lacking urgency for patients in pain. This level of delay is unacceptable.
My wife was admitted in the ED, and all the tests began immediately. She was diagnosed, and assigned a room. Obviously everything takes time, but the process was still exceptional. Once in her assigned room, the staff checked her in, introduced themselves, and made sure she was comfortable. EVERY staff member has been AWESOME. Especially a nurse named Shannon. I was told to be here at 6:30. It's now 7:20. I'm just walking back to the room and the place is empty. Be serious. I can see why the rating here is so low.
