This place is terrible. Long ER waits, long procedure waits, the staff does not care one single bit about you, and all they care about is getting you out of the door if they can’t squeeze anything out of you. Compassionless and soulless people work here. You’re better off taking the time to go to Fredericksburg or somewhere up north.

Had to bring my husband to the ER following a Doctor's appt due to concerns of a blood clot. When the ER "Doctor " see him the first thing he does is take the just wrapped bandage off that was covering open wounds and leaves him sitting in an open ward with open wounds exposed to all types of germs and bacteria. I had to ask a nurse to reclean and rebandage his wounds. I have even seen that level of incompetence in an Emergency Room setting before.
Very poor experience. I arrived at 8 AM in significant pain and had to wait until 4 PM to be seen. The wait time was extremely long and exhausting, especially while feeling unwell. Although the staff eventually attended me, the overall process felt disorganized and lacking urgency for patients in pain. This level of delay is unacceptable.
My wife was admitted in the ED, and all the tests began immediately. She was diagnosed, and assigned a room. Obviously everything takes time, but the process was still exceptional. Once in her assigned room, the staff checked her in, introduced themselves, and made sure she was comfortable. EVERY staff member has been AWESOME. Especially a nurse named Shannon.
