Had an appointment scheduled at 12:45, walked into the dirty, dark waiting room to find an empty desk and a closed sign. When someone finally came around the corner, I was ignored. Closed for lunch when you have patients scheduled? How unprofessional and embarrassing quite frankly. Thank you for wasting my time.
