Dr. Napoleon and her staff are personable, thorough, and professional. They run the tests that are needed, and they run the practice on time, and I am very pleased.
I would not recommend her. She performed a procedure on my husband that was unsuccessful. When we went back so she could see that it did not work she sent us to a plastic surgeon stating she was not willing to do the procedure again. So she charged us for that visit along with the charges for the actual procedure that did not work. I believe these type of charges cause our insurance premiums to be so high. We will not be returning to tis practice,
