My mom was a senior and lived here for over 15 years. Yes, the management team changed over the years but they treated her well and respected her challenges and character. The current manager Cindy is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about the people and the building. She is one of the best. It is a very well maintained,well managed and quiet building.

My partner and I recently applied for tenancy at Mary Street Apartments. Our first impressions of the managers (Helena and Yuksel) were nothing but positive. They were incredibly sweet to us during the application process, and we are greatly looking forward to our tenancy.
Previous managers (Dale and Steve) were incredible and I gave the place 5 stars under them. But new managers took over in January 2024 and since then, quality of life here has gone downhill fast. They barely speak English, didn't even know which company they worked for when they first knocked on my door without even introducing themselves, and issues no longer get addressed or taken seriously. I will be leaving as soon as possible.
Dale & Steve are fantastic. They keep the building spotless and attend to any and all requests promptly and efficiently.
