Had a virtual appointment, check in went quick enough but the staff is purely incompetent. Mary stated that they would be not be able to preform a simple cheek swab for a cystic fibrosis test. Said there staff isn’t trained on that procedure. If a medical professional isn’t qualified to swab the inside of your cheek why would you trust them with any other health help? Absolutely disappointed at the level of service I received.

Thank you for taking care of me although you are located in a different office & not my normal provider. I called everywhere & no one was able to help me. Mary & her MA accommodated a telehealth visit! Thank you Rancho Family Medical Group.
