Disappointed in the food quality yesterday.
ordered here often sense I moved. The last two times I have ordered here it's been bad service.This last time was it. I waited over a hour for a pizza and pop. I was told 30 -45. I called to see if It was on the way and the person who answered was very rude and the manager very Passive aggressive. I recommend Tiffany's pizza or hungry howies. After a flubbed delivery (in which I could've kept a free pizza) I called back to pay again, and tip the driver. An hour later (after a needless conversation with the manager) said driver came back with a slip to tip and sign. When I called Jerry (manager) for clarification, he stated it was a mix up in address and I was free to order wherever I like. Buschemis here I come!
It's disappointing when an your order is never made right. I see no point in giving a customer options while ordering if you are not going to follow their selections. Whenever we order twisty sticks, we order 2x butter, 3x butter, even 4x butter but each time we receive them they are completely dry without any butter. We ordered and paid for ranch packets and didn't receive any. It's frustrating when you pay $40 for pizza and bread and it's not even made right. It's time to find a new pizza place.
Used to order almost weekly for 2-3 years as a treat. Last 3 pizza's have been burnt, not tasty as all. Tonight I decided to call the store to make a complaint and the store "manager, John" was not concerned and talked as if this is a regular occurrence. He said "we can make it again or store credit whatever you want it doesn't matter". Third time's a charm...you just lost a loyal costumer.
