This review is strictly for the receptionist in ob/gym center. This is what I encountered today and every time come in. I came in this afternoon about 320pm, Friday 8/18/23. Every time I come in, the receptionists are rude and look at me as if I’m bothering them.(today it was the black and Hispanic receptionists) There was literally no one on the waiting room. No puedo dar 5 estrellas porque no tienen personal bilingue, y algunos recepcionistas no son tan amables porque ni siquiera se quieren levantar de su silla para nada y no quieren dejar que pase a hablar con las personas que toman los datos de los pacientes hay pocas personas que hablan español y que son bastante amables pero las personas de color se muestran poco intersados en ayudar respecto a la atención medica y de enfermeras es excelente y también de las personas que toman la información para los archivos
