The staff has always been helpful, both over the phone and in person. Whenever I have called with questions, they have been courteous and willing to help. My main concern is that vaccinations are only available on certain days and during limited hours. For working parents, those time restrictions can be difficult to accommodate, and I've found it challenging to make it during the available windows.
