Under new management and such a wonderful experience! Everyone was so attentive and sweet, and they truly made me feel refreshed and relaxed. I had a deluxe pedicure and was really happy with the service I received. Thank you, Katie and Steven :) I will definitely be back!
Very bad
On top of the bad customer service (I have to argue and debate to get what I want every single time AND get blamed every single time the tech hurts me) these nails are glued on with what I can only imagine is gorilla glue because it’s been 4 weeks and they won’t come off (without painfully ripping off my entire nail) but they won’t stay on simultaneously (they keep wiggling and ripping more and more of my nail bed as I try to do anything from brushing my teeth to putting on my skincare routine).
