Very bad
On top of the bad customer service (I have to argue and debate to get what I want every single time AND get blamed every single time the tech hurts me) these nails are glued on with what I can only imagine is gorilla glue because it’s been 4 weeks and they won’t come off (without painfully ripping off my entire nail) but they won’t stay on simultaneously (they keep wiggling and ripping more and more of my nail bed as I try to do anything from brushing my teeth to putting on my skincare routine). Smell reeks so bad of acetone and chemical
At your own risk. Just preposterous. I only came here because it was closer to my next destination and I was looking to avoid traffic from up north to LAX area. I got my nails done here before, feet specifically and the young girl at the time was SOO great, gentle but thorough. Idk what happened; if they fired her or couldn’t afford her. Bottom line I’m bleeding everywhere either way and the tech who caused the bleeding on my finger nails is a veteran staff member— there’s no reason she should be battling my cuticles.
