I’ve been a patient of Zel skin and laser for years, always seeing Dr. Mary Meighan, and I was a patient of hers at her previous clinic as well. I hadn’t been in for a skin check in a couple years (Covid) and when I returned, there was no record of me being a patient there. They switched to an electronic records system, but apparently didn’t bring along the paper records.
