Dr. McNeal was mine and my brother's pediatrician as a child, and now she is my daughter's. My girl is 6 years old, and you really could never ask for a better pediatrician, and I think that two generations of patients really speaks for itself.
Dr. McNeal was so helpful and answered all our questions.
Staff is always attentive and punctual all around amazing.

Dr. McNeal is so knowledgeable and has so much common sense. She knows that parents can study and get anxious about possible problems. The kids like and feel comfortable with her. She talks directly with them (plus the parent) as they get older. She can always allay any fears and any treatment is spot on.
Every time we meet with Dr. McNeil, she listens to any concerns we have, gives us guidance on the upcoming milestones my son will be hitting- what to expect and how to handle it and always makes sure to know we are doing a great job with him. She is not judgmental if we do not want to do something reccomended & will give us another reccomendation that works better for us. If she saw adults, she would be my doctor as well!!! Dr. McNeal listened and communicated well with my teenage son. She took time to thoroughly gather information and examine him. She carefully explained his illness and medications and asked if he had questions. We felt we were in good hands and plan to follow her instructions.
Dr. McNeal is so easy to talk to and answers all our questions. Love that she asks us questions to understand the reason for our visit. We met her sweet dog, Charlie Kate who is so adorable and can help calm an anxious patient. Our son never minds going to see Dr. McNeal.
We love Dr McNeal and her staff! The appts are on time. She is very knowledgeable. For the little ones, I am always appreciative of the notes on his height weight and details on medicine dosages. She always gives of recap of current milestones and what to expect in the next 6 months. We are first time parents and absolutely adore her.
