Mary and her team were great to work with. Mary’s availability in both communication (replies in under 4hrs if not immediate) as well as scheduling a showing in the same day made the stressful home shopping process much easier to manage. Her team was also very helpful in responses and process breakdowns. I am extremely happy to have worked with them all. Thank you again for all your patience and expertise Mary!
Mary & her team were phenomenal to work with. The communication and responsiveness we received was stellar and made any questions we had along the way that much easier throughout the whole selling process. Mary is someone I would trust again and again with the buying/selling of our home. Mary is the best! Thanks again for everything!
Mary and her team were absolutely incredible and I could not recommend them highly enough. She worked on our schedule, explained the entire process and sold our home in 2 days. Her knowledge and passion she shows for her customers is very clear. I have worked with her twice now and would highly recommend her again.
Mary and her team are the best to buy or sell a house. I've done both with her! She even helped me find a renter before i was ready to sell. Their work is extremely thorough and the process is as smooth as possible. 10/10!
Mary personally involved herself in the sale of my grandmother's home. After 65 years, we needed to sell it off and The Lusk Group didn't hesitate to jump right in. And we were selling from out-of-state. They could not have made the process simpler for us during what was an incredibly busy and emotional time for me and my family. She expressed care, concern, and professionalism throughout the process. If only all realty companies operated with this level of compassion and understanding. 100% recommended!
Mary and her team were incredibly helpful as my husband and I searched for a two bedroom apartment in Chicago. They understood our parameters and were professional, responsive and organized partners throughout the entire process. We can't recommend her and the team enough!
I cannot recommend Mary highly enough! She was absolutely incredible in helping my fiancé and me find our first real estate investment property. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she was not just another real estate agent, but a true expert in her field. Mary went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions, even taking late-night calls to address our concerns and provide guidance. Her dedication and commitment to our success were truly remarkable. Mary and her team have been AMAZING to work with. Extremely professional, organized, and involved. Mary was truly a partner in our search for an apartment in Chicago and on short notice was able to find us a great place. We can't thank Mary enough for all her help and for all the options she was able to present us with.
Mary did a great job listing and sourcing a tenant for my condo a year ago. She has been in continued contact and value add by initiating contact regarding capturing the leasing fee as part of my annual tax filing as well as notifying me to the current market rates 2 months prior to my lease ending in preparation for renewal. She is on top of the local market and build great business processes to maintain the relationship! Highly recommend Mary and her team for our Chicago real estate needs!
