Great experience, Mary was very helpful in all aspects of the deal!!!!! She helped me both purchase and sell a home. Both times were very pleasant and extremely easy on my part. Mary really went the extra mile and helped work through the issues required to close the deals

Mary was absolutely wonderful. I was selling my parent's home after a passing and she made everything so easy at a very difficult time. She made arrangements for cleaners, movers, people to pack belongings, painters, handymen, and more. For me, meeting Mary was the best part of selling my home and finding a new place to live. I know she has many other clients, but from day one she made me feel as if I was her first priority. 5.0 star rating 11/19/2014 Mary came in and handled the listing and sale of our uncle's home after his passing. Her professional and personal involvement made the transfer to the new owners smooth and comforting at a very emotional time. We feel we have found a friend for life!

Mary is the consummate professional. She not only handled the purchase but sold my prior home in less than a week at above asking price. She goes above and beyond what is required to make the transition easy and her attention to detail is outstanding! She is not only responsive but anticipative of requirements and issues and goes out of her way to handle things that other agents would not consider their responsibility. I would recommend and will continue to use Mary on all my future real estate transactions!

Mary did a great job for us in a tough condo market, especially with a sale over the holidays. She went above and beyond with helping to stage our property and handle all of the issues and coordinating with our tenant. Her attention to detail and highly organized and personable style are huge assets.
