Mary was absolutely FANTASTIC in every way, shape and form. As first-time home buyers, and completely new to the Santa Barbara area, she walked us through the process with an invaluable amount of knowledge, concern for our well-being and patience. She was always very quick to respond to any question we had which we greatly appreciated . She really went above and beyond our expectations in so many ways. Mary did a great job for us in a tough condo market, especially with a sale over the holidays. She went above and beyond with helping to stage our property and handle all of the issues and coordinating with our tenant.
