Showed up for my appointment and couldn't find the building. I was scheduled for 9 am with an 8:45 arrival time. I called repeatedly with no answer. I went I to a nearby office and was able to find the correct location finally. Walked I to the office at 9:01 and they canceled my appointment. I had drove in 45 minutes, I explained to the receptionist I had tried to call repeatedly because i couldnt find the location and she blew me off.
