Dr. Ottinger is a very good Podiatrist. She is very professional and has always given me outstanding care. I cannot say the same for her support personnel. It is impossible to speak with her on the phone. You cannot get past the call center that you have to go through to make an appointment. In my last attempt I left a message asking for someone to call me back concerning the medications she prescribed and no one ever did.
I have been knowing Dr.Mary since 1983.I enjoyed every visit I highly recommend her services.
Dr. Ottinger has been my podiatrist sine May 2018. Due to my Type 2 diabetes, I make bi-monthly appointments which include trimming of my toe nails. I have found Dr. Ottinger to be a serious professional and willing to fully explain my foot problems and treatments. I have been seen in both offices and have found her staff to be very friendly ad willing to find me the best appointments that fit my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Mary Ottinger.
Its a shame. My wife and I love Dr. Ottinger, and find her to be a good Physician, but apparently her staff is no longer competent. My wife got to her appointment early, had to remind the front staff that she needed her paperwork renewed, then they allowed 4 patients (all had come in after her) to go ahead of her, she left about an hours after her scheduled appointment time. She was the only patient left in the waiting room.
I take my husband to Dr. Ottinger, I like the way she takes care of my husband care. She explained to you on very professional level so you could understand what going on with your health. So that’s you could live longer and safely. I will refer her to my family members and family. So she could take her their health when it reguarding their feet’s. I have seen Dr. Ottinger several times. She had to cut my toe nails off because chemo had uprooted them 2 years in a row. She is very serious about her job, as far as being unfriendly like I saw in several reviews, I don't think she is unfriendly, I think she is serious about her job. I love her because she cut those nails off and it was not painful and I was scared to death.
I have seen Dr Ottinger for foot problems for over 20 years. She is an excellent , honest and sincere Doctor. I'd highly recommend her.
Not a very friendly dr. Impatient, rude! Was treated in a non professional way. Was yelled at in front of a nurse, and the dr. told her that that was the way to get a quick answer from me. Very unpleasant experience.
