Dr. Thayer had been a phenomenal fit for my family's needs! She was able to quickly assess and treat a traumatic injury in a kind and intentional way.
Pre-Op consult: Dr. Thayer connected with us in a way that made us comfortable and engaged. She explained the situation clearly and our options. Surgery: The whole team was amazing. Hard to put into words - competent, professional, able to explain and communicate in ways that took away a whole lot of scary. It wouldn't surprise me if People Skills was a critical element in the hiring process. Post-Op: Same- Same. Just re-read the previous - plus they helped make sure needed future visits were scheduled.
All 3 doctors I met with were very professional, easy to talk to and through in their work. Great experience!
