Her prices were thousands above what I could get elsewhere for the exact hearing aids, ($2500 v $5500). And even though you can make an appointment to go back to her, or call for adjustments, you can do that with other providers. She has a 'know it all' personality that is not pleasant to work with. Sorry for sounding so negative, but I have to call it like it is.

I was referred to Mary Jo Grote and her office for a free evaluation through Facebook. My first visit, she was more thorough than the HIGHLY recommended ENT who I spent $350 on for one 20 minute visit a few years back.
