I want to give the biggest thank you to my incredible labor and delivery nurses : Jordan, Sam, Tina, Jennifer B, Shelby, Kira, Monica and the many others who stepped in between. They cared for me during my five-day stay. The birthplace took wonderful care of us. While the experience may not always be as comfortable as you would like they know what they are doing and have the best in mind for mothers and newborns. The nurses were all very kind and we felt prepared leaving the hospital that we would succeed as parents.
They did both my hip replacement surgeries within 2 months and they did great. Nurses are so kind and informative. No problems either surgery
I have no issues with the facility or hospital staff. However, the billing department is atrocious. I have received incorrect bill after incorrect bill. They put duplicate charges on and try to illegally bill you after they were denied as duplicate. It's impossible to talk to someone that actually can help you since they outsource all their billing calls. My insurance company even told me to call a lawyer because what they are trying to do is illegal. This has been ongoing for months now for a procedure I had in January. I h... read more
Very clean hospital, employees were very professional and respectful. The medical team all made sure I was comfortable and would advise me on each stage of the procedure. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family.
