When it came time to help my Mom sell her home we reached out to Mary Higgins. At our initial meeting at the home she came prepared with comps and was very knowledgeable about the home and the unique community that it was in. Mary kept my Mom and I informed each step of the way. She was always able to meet protentional buyers at the home and very soon Mom had an offer. We appreciate Mary and would recommend her to anyone who was wanting to sell their home.
Mary is a very motivated realtor . She is honest with her clients and lets you know what needs to happen to have success. She is always available to answer your questions and calls .
