I called Dr. Hardin’s office to make an appointment this past February. The earliest she could see me was June 10, as I’m a new patient. I received a phone call this morning from her office. They left a voicemail saying that something came up and Dr. Hardin will not be in the office on June 10 so the appointment was being canceled. They did not apologize and did not make an offer to reschedule. Dr. Hardin is a compassionate and caring doctor. She is thorough and takes her time during an appointment.
A superb doctor with excellent listening and advice regarding any issues of concern .
Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment 3 months ago and it was cancelled the day before due to her not being in office. She could not accommodate due to her cancellation and rescheduled me for 3 months out for again my appointment to be cancelled today THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT at her expense. I’ve never experienced this with is a primary care physician and sadly she has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will be finding a new provider.
