Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Currently in the ER (I called 911) after ACCIDENTALLY taking a double does of my medication. They keep stating I can go against AMA, and now they have a strange man watching me and they will not allow me to leave. I have no attempted to harm myself in anyway! I went to my PCP and ER earlier this week and today. Thought this was America where I can choose to be treated or not. Especially if It’s a non mental health issue.
OB receptionist on the right as soon as entering was extremely rude for no reason. I was trying to ask for directions and help to deliver something she gave me attitude and was snarky including cutting me off. And made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. After figuring it out on my own, I told her “thank you, as I found out which desk I needed to go to have a good day!” And she just gave me this snarky look.
