Staff is always very kind and accepting. Last minute changes in scheduling are delt with efficiently. Always a nice experience to go here.
I absolutely love this dentist! Dr. Gharagozloo is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and thorough. She takes time to make sure all issues are resolved in a gentle manner. Her entire staff is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dental practice! (And I am a nervous nelly).
I think of Dr. Mary's as a boutique dentists office. Small and personal. Well worth my 60 mile drive.
I have never met a dentist with the incomparable skills of Dr. G...This also applies to her Staff...They are consummately skilled and talented in their fields...There is an "air" of Ease throughout the office that carries over to the patient...Dr. G., et al, have a remarkable, and not so easy to find, ability to enjoy and recognize the humor and fun attached to the little things in life...They are all able to "Think Outside the Box", a necessary qualification in my life...You cannot do better in the Field of Dentistry!!!...
Always very pleasant experience to go to Dr. G's office. I usually get white knuckles in a dentist office but they put you at ease the minute you walk in the office. Carol and Linda at the reception desk are the first ones you see and they welcome you and the reception area is very comfortable with comfortable seating and the very best reading material. I used to be afraid of dentists before meeting dr gharagazloo and her talented and kind staff. i went to a "chopshop" dentistry office because it was the only place my insurance covered. DON'T try the cheap route when it comes to your teethe! They had put a crown in that kept falling out so they glued (super glue) in an improper fitting and low quality crown which started to hurt a lot. the toothe had to be recrowned and needed a root canal from the decay that started in toothe cavity from bad fitting crown that had metal to... read more
Dr. G and her staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The downtown location makes it accessible and convenient to get in and out during the workweek should you want to walk from your DT office, or drive (they have ample parking as well). My experience with Dr. G and her amazing staff has been, and continues to be, easy and pleasant. :-)
