Wanted to schedule an appointment but was told the nurses would have to call me back. Never received a phone call so I called back. Waited on hold for over 40 minutes to be disconnected while they were taking my information. Again no call back so I called again. Waited another 25 minutes on hold to be told they would have to call me back. I am a working individual who can not carry my phone around waiting for a random phone call that may or may not come in. Very inconvenient to schedule an appointment.
