Buyer Beware I cannot recommend this accountant. I hired her for tax preparation. Although she functioned as a tax return preparer only, in the course of serving my annual needs she gratuitously recommended a retirement plan strategy which I adopted. Another provider set up the retirement plan and this is not the complaint. For every tax year after adoption I provided her with the written account statement data related to retirement plan assets—the same data that would be required for tax return preparation. This is the second year in a row that I've had Mary handle my taxes (which admittedly, I find to be a daunting part of life!). Mary makes things easy, and as straightforward as possible.
