The staff was so kind, and patient with my husband. My husband has very unique needs. They all worked very hard to accommodate his needs. My only complaint is the wond care guy earl is not very nice, or patient. That is all.
Woefully inadequate, no communication, treats clients as ‘less than’ spews the same stories over and over again, can’t keep anything straight. EXTREMELY disappointed.
I hated Mary Free Bed in Grand Rapids but this place is amazing. A huge shouout to Michael who does OT and Lee who does Speech. They are amazing and extremely helpful. Lee stuck it through with me even though I became frustrated due to a brain injury and was not kind but she always was and I will always remember her and Michael because they've impacted my life in positive ways and look out for me and my well being.
