Dr. Ackenbom is an amazing physician. She is extremely kind, caring, and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. She explains everything very well and always goes the extra mile. I highly highly recommend her to anyone having issues that relate to her field of medicine. I could not have asked for a better doctor.
Dr. Ackenbom is a wonderful doctor, that goes the extra mile for her patients, you never leave her exam room feeling as if you werent heard. However her staff leaves a lot to be desired. You have to call and message them repeatedly on the app and phone, and still do not receive any response. I have never received such terrible service than with her staff. She needs to do a complete overhaul and find new medical secretaries or whatever they are. AWFUL!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Ackenbom. She is a wonderful doctor. She's kind and listens to you. A great surgeon, her and her whole team are awesome.
