I have been assigned this doctor's office by Tricare and must say that it is the best doctors office I have experienced thus far. My children also go here (ages 7 and 5) and the wait is always minimal. When I have not been feeling well on a few occasions and have visited Gaffney, I leave and the day always seems brighter.
The staff at Gaffney Health value their patients. At least that is what I have taken away from my visits here. They take a complete history and physical exam and spend the time necessary to address all my concerns. Great!
It had been a while since I had been to the Doctor and I needed a comprehensive physical. I went to Gaffney Health Services and had a great experience. I will recommend this office to my family and friends.
I have never had a doctor take so much time addressing my issues, especially when the previous other doctors could not even give me any answers! She is honest, explains everything thoroughly. I understood her course of treatment and she took responsibility for my care! Love this doctor!
This was seriously the most efficient medical facility I have ever been in. The forms are simple and the doctor sees you when your appointment is. No waiting in the room for hours. I was seen by doc Gaffney and I highly recommend her! I came in scared and unsure of my symptoms. She took the time to really listen to me (even though she already knew the answer). She explained everything so kindly and really calmed my worries. I left the office feeling so much better. I will absolutely come back!
After suffering an agonizing sore throat for a few days, I called this clinic of Gaffney Health Services since it's very close to my home. I was hoping to be seen the next day since it's usually impossible to see a doctor the same day, especially if you're a new patient to the facility. Surprisingly, they told me to come right over! About like a month ago I got the flu, since then I've been coughing like crazy. Every time I cough it would hurt my chest area. Since the cough hasn't gone away I went to Gaffney Health Services. The doctor and staffs are very polite and professional. The doctor was very attentive and subscribed to me cough syrups. After a few days I could see a huge difference. I will for sure recommend them.
I seem to be prone to sickness as I am in and out of Gaffney Health Services with odd ailments and illnesses. That being said, I'm glad I'm a patient at Gaffney because they treat each time I come as important as the last. They never give up on their patients!
The staff is so great! They are intelligent, professional, yet extremely personable and kind. I feel very comfortable coming here and opening up to the doctor. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
