I called Ernie's Plumbing to have the toilet in my master bathroom removed so new flooring could be put down. Jonathan O'Bryant was dispatched to do this. When hew removed it, Jonathan discovered that the pipes under my toilet had shifted and that the flange needed to be replaced. The toilet shutoff valve needed to be replaced as well. Jonathan replaced the valve and the angle bracket, and also recommended that they run a camera through my pipes to check their condition, since the pipe had shifted; I agreed to do this. I called on a Saturday and someone was here within the hour. Austin was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what he thought our problem could be and gave us a breakdown along with prices of every step. He did not come with a "dog and pony" show. And did not push us into making any decisions that day.
Jonathan O'Bryant cleared a difficult clog in our bathroom sink drains at a reasonable price after explaining all the options for how to do it. Good job.
