RecommendedI recommend these apartments because of the security,.. you have to be coded in,.. Plus sign in.. The apartments are gorgeous ( up grades) Fellowship throughout the holidays,.. Socialization is great.. The residents gather in the lounge/under the gazebo... Sharing recipes,..making new friends..(gardening) its a clean and nice facility... my mother gets to communicate with age appropriate residents.. reminiscing on the same levels... again its a beautiful complexs.. secured...and safe... plus the planned activities... Mary Eaves is so beautiful and the amenities are more than you can bargain for. The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about the residents. I love it here!!!
Nice place to live!! Quiet and secure. Great staff and maintenance is awesome. Lavish activity area and nice fitness center. Feels like resort living. Highly recommend!!!

I have been living here every since this place was build. I love it. The staff is amazing. The property is always neat and clean. It's a no smoking building, but if you do smoke there's a designated smoking area. The building is also pet friendly. There's always something to do, or they're always going places. You just don't have to sit at home all of the time. It's a very great place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone.
