Dr. Theodore is an excellent psychiatrist. She has deep and immediate insights that I’ve found lacking in other providers, she is patient, a good listener, and action oriented. I would recommend Dr. Theodore to anyone struggling with her specialties.
Working with Dr. Theodore has been a breath of fresh air after my experiences with previous psychiatrists. In our first session she was able to confidently recognize all of the symptoms I was having, and explain to me how they relate to my diagnoses. Grateful to have come across Dr. Mary Theodore, she's helped me a lot within the past several months. She provides different perspectives to help me better understand myself and the life I lead. I prefer meeting in person, and I do wish there was a virtual face-to-face option at times when I can't make it to see her, but I understand if it's a difficult process, and there's a phone meeting option as well. Regardless, I feel like overall we've developed a solid roadmap ahead of me to getting better.
I spent decades with the wrong diagnosis. Dr. Theodore was able to assess the problems and prescribe treatment that changed everything for the better. I had answers to questions I always had concerning my mental health and treatment that helps minimize the symptoms. Thank you Dr. Theodore
