Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
