I have always been happy with this facility until today. I called and asked could I come in for a urinalysis I felt like I had a UTI. They said I needed appt offered appt for next day. I am a type 1 diabetic x 37 years with a possible uti and you are going to make me wait 24 hours. SERIOUSLY not happy. I was very disappointed Dr Moyer removed herself as my doctor after 16 years. Her nurse claimed I said a bad word, but instead of asking me what I said. I received a good bye letter.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
