I would give a 0 in the reviews if it was available 😡 The Nurse Practitioner, Krystal J Boardman is VERY RUDE!!! Together with the receptionist Lida!!! I was not happy at all with the way she was talking to me at my visit today, 06/05/2023 she was beyond rude and I regret ever going for my visit!!! I wish I went through the reviews before booking my appointments. Went in with a severe cold. Was tested for covid and strep. Two days in a row I has to call to learn they were negative. Then never followed up or prescribed any medicine. There was no communication after leaving the building. Will never be going here again.
I love these people!! No matter how busy they are when I call or go there they are always kind, thoughtful & take whatever time you/they need to explain or answer questions! Never have to wait more than just a few minutes. They are the BEST everyday!!
Poor communication, poor business practice. I was seen for foot care on the last visit. I was approached by the technician in reference to being overdue for vaccines. When asked if they could be giving during the appointment I was not informed that I would be held responsible for payment all the various vaccines being given. One was $450.00. If 0 stars were possible, I’d give 0. I saw the midwives when I a first trimester miscarriage. They had no empathy, no ability to communicate clearly what was happening to me, my body, and my baby. When someone finally confirmed I had had a miscarriage, they told me it happens to 20-25% of women. The nurse said “welcome to the 25%” like I had achieved something special- not at all understanding that for me this was the loss of a family member. Dr. Rao did an amazing job on my abdominal plastic surgery! I love the skin I’m in. I look amazing. Healing is going very well as there are minor pains but the outcome is beautiful. Thank you Dr. Rao blessings to you my friends.
If you have any trauma, do not schedule with Dr. Brooks. You will usually see her nurse as she is always, conveniently busy when it comes to certain patients depending on their insurance. This has been verified by calling weekly with other insurance and being able to book appointments UNLESS you have state funded insurance, then you are brushed off to her very opinionated nurse who talks more than she cares to listen.
