We love the time and attention that Dr. Shaw shows us. She always makes us feel so welcome and comfortable. It’s clear that she loves her job and is great at it. Dr. Shaw has always been quick to give professional yet loving advice and has referred us to other specialists as needed. I couldn’t trust her judgment more!
Dr. Shaw found us during her rounds at Rex Birthing Center, visiting with us as new parents. More than seven years later, we couldn't wish for a better pediatrician! She is friendly, knowledgeable, statured, considerate of our family structure and needs, and always spot-on with the medical attention we need. We started seeing Dr Shaw when my daughter hit adolescence and wanted to see a female doctor for her annual physicals although we have been at Oberlin Road Pediatrics since birth and love it. I trust Dr. Shaw, and am confident in the care she provides. On a recent visit, she pieced together an array of puzzling symptoms and diagnosed my child with a rare condition that a retired family medicine doctor friend of ours said he had seen only twice in his career. Dr.Shaw explained the condition to us, listened to all our concerns, answered all questions my child and I had, and made a follow up plan we feel good about.
